Is there any home or natural remedies for stopping my hair loss ?
TIA.
There are some things that can be done, but it depends on why you are losing your hair.
There are many things that cause baldness, from stress, to use of shampoos containing sodium laurel sulfate, to just plain heredity. You know better than we do which your situation might be.
Here is some info. and some helpful tips:
Sweat and dirt can collect around the follicle inhibiting healthy hair growth.
Go to the health food store and find a shampoo.
Massage your scalp every day. This stimulates circulation.
Avoid blow drying.
Do not use styling gels and sprays directly on your scalp as this can clog your hair follicles.
Chlorine is extremely damaging to your hair and scalp.
Wash it out of your hair ASAP.
Protect your head from the wind and sun - wear a hat. Make sure that your hat is not tight as this can contribute to poor circulation.
Let us know about your progress.
All the best,
Thanks for reminding me Arlene. If you have not gotten a whole house water purification and softening system, at least put a shower filter on your shower so that chlorine can be removed from the water you bath and shampoo your hair with.
Pure Glycerine is a great all purpose body soap and shampoo. Castile Soap is also good.
Your eating habits and vitamin and mineral profile also can figure into this equation.
