my electrolysis experience - upper cheek area- pic

Hi,

I had my first electrolysis today on the upper cheek area. The whole process took 30 minutes and was little painful but bearable. She gave me a azulen paste which took all the redness away within an hour.

Could you look at the photos and check if my skin appears to be normal. Should i use azulen paste or just tea tree oil?

What also could be done to prevent scabs on my skin as i have to go to work after couple of days.any help would be highly appreciated.

Welcome to Hairtell!

Try both products and see which one you like the best.

Tea tree oil should be diluted and used sparenly. I use it on my clients and then I put cold aloe vera gel right over top of the tea tree oil. Very few clients complain of scabbing. Good insertions, with the correct balance of timing and intensity, followed by the TT oil and cold aloe contribute to skin outcome that does not embarrass the client.
