Some of you may know about my long-term plan to force “no-needle” epilators to prove their unsubstantiated claims of permanence.
I say put up or shut up. If they can’t prove their claims, I’m going to do whatever I can to drive them out of business. I’ve been working hard to push FDA to take a stand, and I’ve been aggressively working to take down companies making false claims and helping to sue practitioners who are ripping off consumers.
This is a long, messy story that started about 15 years ago and will continue for years to come, I’m sure. I’ve just added the latest salvo of correspondence between Rejuvenu and FDA. Rejuvenu claims their patch device can cause permanent hair removal. FDA says that’s a violation of federal regulations.

If you have been ripped off by people offering this method, I can help you sue them in small claims court.
