I am a dark skinned woman with thick hair on the chin, legs, stomach, some on my chest and sideburns. I noticed more hair sprouting out recently too. I have had the bloodwork done and everything comes back normal. I am in the process of reading the book “Winning the Battle Against Unwanted Hair”. The author mentioned IPL as a option for all skin tones. I would like to know if anyone knows of any “safe” techs in the area of Minnesota? I have already tried laser with no success. Thanks.

Laser is only for DARK DENSE COARSE hair. You need electrolysis for everything else.
IPL is worse than true lasers. The problem is not the machine, but the type of hair you’re treating. If it’s not dense and coarse, only electrolysis is the option for you.
