Oh, dear. My upper lip, while nowhere this bad, does seem to have undergone similar damage. I know exactly when it happened, too; I had a dental block done and my upper lip “stripped” all in one session, which resulted in swelling for at least a week. The damage didn’t become noticeable for a year or so after, but it’s become more so with time. I am now looking into having “needling” done to repair the area (I don’t dare do any kind of laser on it.)
