I don’t think Eric ever followed Hairtell. Your best bet is finding the mailing address and try sending a letter. Michael Bono lived in Santa Barbara and his family still lives there.

I believe Eric is not in position to help you with this cause he isn’t electrologist.
You just ask the wrong person.

The timeframe on this thread tells me what happened here. This was written in aug of 23 and Michael Bono died on Dec 26 of 2023 . Victor, Michael Bono was the electrologist and unfortunately you are a couple years too late to get a consultation from him on anything. Eric, his nephew is not an electrologist and only ever helped with michaels web site and videography. So he cant help you either. If you’d like to make a seperate post about your issue, maybe include pictures, I’m certain someone will help you answer your questions.
