@Michael, and anyone else

Hi,

I recall you saying you’ve treated Indians before or generally people with dark skin.

Would you happen to have any before/afters?

@anyone else, patient or practioneer

Same question. I’m about to re-embark on electrolysis again soon so I just wanted to see what to expect.

I’ve had as-far-as-I-can-tell total regrowth after at least 15+ tx over the course of a year, spaced (mostly) 2 weeks apart at 2 hours per session.

Disclaimer: I know I asked this question previously, but honest-to-g-d, those pictures were very unimpressive (can’t remember who posted them) and the people in them didn’t seem to have my skin tone anyways. So I still haven’t seen pictures of patients I could relate to.

Thanks!

Hey dude!

Glad you have not given up! (Especially on me.) YEAH!

If you can wait until mid-December my excellent client “V.J” is coming back for “round II” (back/shoulders/full Indian guy). Amazingly, he claimed he got zero PIH from the treatment. I thought he would, for certain (I’m going to have a close look myself 'cause I don’t exactly believe him).

He also said he has 50% reduction from the one clearance. When he gets here, I will have him contact you directly (if that’s okay). I think he’s 23 or something like that.

Client to client is what I believe in (it’s the best) … and just the bare facts and nothing to “gloss over nuttin’!” Most electrologists have nothing to hide anyway.

I just did another Indian guy last night and we are doing a “test patch” to see if things heal up well and the PIH thing. Oy vey, he was nervous because he (actually) DID get scars from his previous electrologist (upper beard, face). VERY nice kid, but he scared me a bit with the gy-normous beard and purple turban going on! I half expected him to be carrying a sword. (Do they do that?)

Awesome. Thanks Michael!

Bump,

I just had a question. Is treatment on the face generally less side-effect prone than body hair removal? Ty

Gosh, I hope you don’t have any more “bumps!”

Face or body? There is no answer for this and it completely depends on the individual client.

BTW my fine new “Sikh” guy called last night and said, “No PIH.” However, I’m going to have him wait another 2-weeks, because sometimes PIH takes a few weeks to show up.

Me no like “side-effects” neither!

the PIH on my right bicep is almost completely gone

so basically, it took a year to get to this point

i think my PIH will fade

im just worried about ingrowns =\

i mainly want to focus on leg hair and some random hairs on my face
