I want to find a place that uses an alexandrite laser. I went for a consultation at this one place and the woman who performs the procedures is a doctor. She’s the only one who does it and I prefer that rather than a different person working on me each time

BUT

it was very hot and stuffy in the clinic. as if there was no air conditoner. the place was also sort of shabby…not unclean…but not crisp and sharp and airy like a nicer med spa or a doctor’s office.

I don’t know what to think. she was very knowledgable and took her time with the consultation but I wasn’t comdfortable

You can’t have it all, sounds very odd to me that a doctor does everything but i guess you won’t have that again if you look at some place else.

But yea, same person doing the treatments is important.

Have you tried bringing it up to her? If she knew she was losing customers due to this, she may decide to invest in an A/C or a fan.
