How about a forum where we can just “chat”, you know, about everything and anything, movies, politics, music etc.

No, maybe just a General Chit Chat forum, you know so members can get to know each other? Maybe no need for religion or politics. Just chat.

There are plenty of chit chat boards around, feel free to post the ones you already use, and those who want to join you there, will do so.
