So, I’m getting ready to start electrolysis on my chest and stomach. Probably in a month or 2. I’m covered in hair on my pecs. You barely see the individual hairs. And I’m looking to reduce by about 50percent. I’m just looking for some encouragement that it will all work out. I know I have a long road ahead of me. I’m just wondering if people as hairy as I am are successful with electrolysis on such a large area

Hi hankm77, it can be daunting starting treatment, however I hope you get encouragement from this forum. Electrolysis will clear as much hair as you want whether it is a full clearing or just 50%. The main priority is to find a skilled experienced electrologist. From there a plan of action will be put into place based on time and finances available. Some clients will have 4-6 plus hour treatments, going for a full clearing as quickly as possible others may just have an hour a week, ultimately it’s what is going to fit with your schedule. So to anwser your question, yes electrolysis will remove dense hair over a large areas. Hope this puts your mind at ease.
