Hello,

I had my facial hair treated by IPL Laser recently. While I was happy with the amount of hair reduction, I was stuck with scars (scabbing while I was healing and hypo-pigmentation- lightening of the skin, when the scabs fell off). My question to you learned ladies (and gents!) is how do I conceal these scars? What concealer/makeup does one apply after Laser treatment, because I simply cannot lock myself at home while my face heals! ANY advice you give will be greatly appreciated!

What did the laser tech. suggest?

For those who feel the need to use some sort of foundation - even though it is best to not use foundation for 24 hours - Youngblood liquid mineral makeup is good. I have not found it to be irritating to the skin post treatment after skin care treatments.

Thank you so much for your informative reply. My laser tech did not suggest any makeup! When I called back with my problems she said I could try Physician’s Formula which I did not really like. I will look into Youngblood makeup- is it recommended for post Laser treatments?
