I know someone selling some Luxo LFM series magnifier lenses, and I was wondering if LFM lenses are compatible with KFM series lamps? Anyone know? The LFM and KFM lenses look almost identical and it is a great deal, if they fit the newer KFM series lamps (which I own.)
I can’t say with 100% certainty on this, but in general, there are only two types of magnifying lenses.
The circular ones, and the square ones. All the circular ones seem to be interchangeable. The square ones are so rare that I would not hazard a guess on their compatability.
In case anyone else ever has the same question, here’s the answer. I received my new lens today and the LFM lenses are compatible with KFM magnifier lamps, they snap right in.
