Lumenis denied restraining order against Aurora DS maker

In a lawsuit filed October 28 in United States District Court for the Central District of California, Lumenis sued Syneron Medical Ltd, Syneron Inc., Syneron Canada Corp. and 10 unknown defendants for infringement of the company’s US patents. The suit sought unspecified damages as well as “a preliminary and permanent injunction against the continued infringement of these patents”. </font><hr /></blockquote><font size=“2” face=“Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif”>
