Because I live in a rural area, I have to get the most out of each electrolysis visit 200+ miles away from me. This means that I have multiple hours on a table, and my back hurts so badly about one hour in that I really struggle through the remaining hours to stay in one position. I have to get up and stretch my back a lot, or I’m in tears by the end.
Have any of your clients had really bad backs like this? What have you done for them? I have tried a rolled up towel under the knees with a small pillow in my lower back. I have also talked them into inclining my head slightly, but they seem hesitant to do it further… it probably makes it harder to get to the hairs on my face.
Thank you,
Meg
