I need to purchase or rent an A. R. Hinkel type Blend Machine that will do DC and galvanic manually. I have tried Hinkel and they are phasing business down and do not have any. My friend needs it to take State Board in California (originally a Blend operator - so it is only thing familiar to her). Any replies are appreciated.
