Can anyone tell me does laser have any effects - long term -on the structure of the skin and other cells. It seems to me laser maybe being used without enough clinical data.

laser hair removal has been around for 8 years or so. there are various lasers out there for different procedures and other lasers have been around for much longer than that. laser hair removal lasers do not penetrate deep enough to affect any skin structures.
