Hello,

Does anyone on here have experience with UK Electrolysis practises. I am based in North London and have had a few test patches done but I find it difficult to know which one is value for money and going to do an adaquete job.

If anyone on here had any experiences with electrolysis in the UK (anywhere but pref South-East) and would be willing to share your information it would be really appreciated.

I am a male in my twenties with an unfortunate amount of hair.

Any UK experiences/stories appreciated.

Hi there,

A little background: I have PCOS, have stopped the treatment months ago and my hair grew back. I don’t have any problem with natural hair, but the hair on my chin and neck were so dense that I shave it (once upon a time I used to pluck them …silly me). So, now I cannot stop from shaving my chin and neck. Thus, I decided to go for electrolysis, since I have dark asian skin and do not want to test laser removal; I am too scared for my pigmentation/complexion.

I booked some sessions at Pulse Light Clinic in London. Has anyone ever used them before? Any electrologists in central and south London that you’d like to recommend me?

Should I use alcohol before after treatment, or nothing else, and simply wash my face with soap only?

I am apprehending this first electrolysis appointment.
