Can someone please explain the use of the milli-second feature.
When should it be raised?Advantages?Disadvantages?Etc?
I was treated today at 45 joules and 50ms…im a little worried this isnt strong enough.What is the max ms on the lightsheer?
This is the pulsewidth used. Early lasers used shorter pulses, but it was later shown that long-pulse lasers have better results and fewer side effects for most consumers. There are some newer lasers using super-long pulse, which has shown early promise in treating darker skin.
