I’m a newb to LHR. I tried searching the threads but couldn’t find an answer (sorry if I’m reiterating anything).
I believe I’m a skin type III (I’m Chinese if that helps). I am deciding between two options (groupon type deals) for both underarms and full brazilian:
$318 for 7 sessions with LightSheer diode
or
$267 for 9 sessions with Gentle Yag (or $178 for 6 sessions)
I guess the question is whether the Yag would be appropriate for me considering its cheaper offer

You’re at least a type IV due to your genetic background.
You should look for reviews about the clinics and get patch tests done.
LightSheer diode will give better results IF you can take high settings on it. Most Asians can’t.
I’d go for GentleYag.

I had already bought the LightSheer ones too beforehand lol… guess I’ll try to sell it off on Craigslist hahaha.
