Leaking Current in Apilus Platinum?

Hi, I’m testing an apilus platinum (I’ve been using an apilus cleo up to now). I noticed that when the machine turns on, the probe transmits a low constant electric current, regardless if I have entered into aa program or not! I’ve even tried turning the machine on & off while the probe was inserted into a follicle! It is very uncomfortable to say the elast! It only goes away if I turn off the machine at the back. Has anyone had this issue?

What can I do to remedy it? Thank you

I’ve experienced this same issue, and also answered this posters inquiries privately previous to this post. I never saw resolution on this issue when faced with it until the machine was exchanged under warranty…As platinum pures are not under warranty, the only reasonble recommendation I can make is to replace the machine with a new one.
