Andrea, any advance in lasers during the last year? What’s the best laser for type 3/4 skin and black, thin(and sometimes tiny) hair ?
Need the safest & effective laser.

Light-based hair removal technology has pretty much stablizied, with the only possible incremental improvements coming from a device like the Aurora. However, it’s too soon to tell if this is better, so I’d probably go with an alexandrite or diode used by a very experienced practitioner. Laser will always be most effective on dark, course hairs, the finer and lighter in color, the less effective.
