Yes I have used LaserAway. I’d encourage you not to use them. I ended up just wasting a bunch of money on them with weak settings. I didn’t do enough research when looking for a place and if I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t use them.
You can run a search on the forum for key words such as names of cities you are willing to visit for treatments and find recommendations that way.
