Laser YAG settings too low? No results

Hello,

I have darker skin and have been getting laser for a few months. Despite paying a lot of money and having 6/8 sessions I’m not seeing the results I was expecting.

I’ve spoken to the company who claim the laser settings have been fine, despite being told I may be able to have some complimentary sessions. I’m not sure they’ve even been increasing them properly.

I’d really appreciate any input, as I’ve asked to speak to the manager.
