Does anyone by chance know the max settings on a alex/cynosure 9300?
I’ve had 3 treatments-back, shoulders, upper arms. Back has had great results but upper arms and shoulders not as much as I would have hoped for-so far.
Current settings are 25j-20msec-15mm spot. Was told could not go higher on the joules unless spot size and/or msec decreased.
Sounds like pretty standard practice but I’ve had almost no negative side effects-just ingrowns/acne. I can take the pain but if their machine won’t let them go higher am I SOL?
there is nothing wrong with decreasing the spot size to smaller than 15mm if that’s the only way they can raise the settings.
