I was reading a lot of info (thanks everyone) about the various types of laser. Does anyone have a recommendation on the type of laser to use for the jawline and neck area on a fair skinned girl? I had diode laser about 2-3 years ago with a newly trained person and the hair grew back within a year. I have since been bleaching and snipping with scissors, both of which are horrible for me. I was always told never to pluck if you are going to have laser treatments b/c of the growth patterns and such. Also I live on long island and would like a recommendation for someone reputable if anyone has one. Thanks.
