laser in toronto

Is anyone having laser treatments done currently in the Toronto area? I am looking for a reputable, efficient, skillful place to go to, that I will see results! I am Italian decent, with olive skin tone (tans easily) and would appreciate if anyone has or is having treatments, and if you are can you please tell me about your results that you have seen so far. It would be really great if anyone is done treatments and the results are still good after 1 year + time.

Thanks!

You can run a search in the forum.
What i would suggest is looking for recommendations about a specific machine and then search for a place that uses that machine. Lots of info here about different machines.

You really just have to shop around to see what works best for you. I’d suggest choosing a laser you want and then finding who offers it. I can tell you to definitely avoid Clean Slate Beauty in Chinatown Centre, they give you a different price every time you ask or charge twice as much on the same area between two different people. The tech also doesn’t use a grid so both my friend and I were left super patchy. Just look around and go for test patches places to see how you react, test patches are always free!

There are several threads on Toronto on the forum. Run a search using the city name.

I was led to believe that you were happy with your treatments at Clean Slate Beauty. In fact you even referred your friend to us.

Our prices are based on individual needs and the amount of work required. Occasionally, we are able to offer discounts, as we did for you and your friend. Whatever patchiness issues you brought up with us were addressed forthwith and without additional charges.

My personal issue with the Apogee (in addition to the gel and air cooling) is the difficulty in getting a straight shot. Angles reduce the rate of efficiency, and the distance gauge on the GentleLASE makes it possible to get a straight shot every time. It’s very easy to hit at an angle with the Apogee since it lacks a similar piece. Please make sure your current tech is hitting straight, at a right angle every time.

That being said, if you are getting good results and are more comfortable at your current place then by all means continue. But we have many clients who are very happy with our service. They know that we really care how their treatments turn out.
