laser help

ive been using the laser for the past two years at 1 month/2 month intervals and i still have hair growth. it is finer and lighter, but still there! i do laser on my face and underarms.

i have medium skin colour and dark brown hair. i have used the softlight and yag lasers.

what am i doing wrong?

Softlight is useless. Pulse width is way too short to be effective. The only Nd:YAGs that are effective are long pulse high power devices. Examples of effective YAGs are the Lyra-i, Coolglide, Sciton, and Apogee Elite.
