Does anyone know/recommend any good practioners in the Saint Louis area…Moved recently and could not find much online.
Also, I am of skin type IV and do not burn at 26J, 18mm on Candela GentleYAG. However after 5 treatments I still have a lot of hair…Would GentLASE be better for me than YAG?

Yes, it sounds like GentleLASE might be a better option for you since max on GentleYAG 18mm is 30j and you are pretty close to that and just fine.
I would have to ask what type of hair you have, what area you’re treating, and how often you had treamtents, and whether you saw shedding of all hair each time first though.
