I had a question that I had thought of. Can laser damage internal organs at all? Since it’s laser, I thought it’s important to ask because it’s obviously light being used, and I don’t know how far laser goes through your skin.
The hair removal lasers cannot penetrate deeply enough to affect any internal organs. One of the limitiations of the hair removal lasers is that they cannot penetrate deeply enough to reach some hair follicles.

They even use lasers on eyes (LASIK), for skin resurfacing, on the head for hair regrowth (Lasercomb), precision cutting of internal body parts and nerves/ganglions during surgery, and hundreds of other such applications.
