I get this green looking tint above my lip. Don’t know if it’s due to the hair, the shaving, the whatever. Does anyone have any idea #1. What is this. and #2, how to get rid of it?

I’d consult with a dermatologist, who may be able to recommend a good exfoliant or skin lightener that won’t be dtoo harsh and overcorrect any pigment change.
