I am looking at the bikini area (regular) and few hairs on the lower leg - this is for starters. Then, I’ll see. I may graduate to more areas if I like what has been done so far.

“Regular” is not Brazilian or semi-Brazilian.
I think “Regular” is more nicely groomed - i.e. can wear a bikini (a regular one but not a Brazilian bikini).
This is for starters…I may upgrade to 1/4-Brazilian…baby steps! 
We should take this over to the mature area and discuss in plain english.
