This is an IPL (intense pulse laser) which some refer to as laser waxing,meaning, you will not be removing hair permanently. Looks like it got cleared in Septmeber 2006 according to the FDA site and is marketed for all skin types (colors). It is a portable table top type product that is also heavily marketed for acne.
When a product is pushed with phrases such as “no pain” or “can treat whole legs and back in 20 minutes”, then you will be probably spending a lot of money for NOT accomplishing your hair removal goals.
