Is this setting high/efficient enough for PERMANENT hair reduction/removal?

I have some people inboxed me this type of questions. My best answer is:
Energy settings shouldn’t be compared between different models and/or brands of different laser/IPL devices.
How do you know if such laser treatment session is effective? => https://beauty-electrolysis-laser.blogspot.com/2020/05/how-do-you-know-if-such-laser-treatment.html

Ensure your therapist use high settings as high as it doesn’t cause you any over-treatment. Most overtreated signs, such as blisters or burn, do not appear straight after light beams hitting you. They can take upto few hrs/days. That’s the reason why patch tests for different areas are super important so to allow your therapists to use high settings without overtreating/burning you.

Proper high settings are PAINFUL at the time when the light beams hit without lingering pain and/or heat, but you will feel stinging due to follicle inflammations.
