I have been doing electrolysis weekly for 6 months now. After each session my face is very inflamed and red. Then I get scabbing which later falls off but I am concerned that it is scarring me as I see a lot of hyperpigmentation and I’ve had people say I have indents.
It’s a little rough looking, but not terrible and should heal fine. I note we dont have a lot of context, ( pictures, length of tretment or time since, before pictures?) . I do see a couple infected follicles, whether this is from acne, ingrown or stuck hairs, or contamination of the site, I cant be certain. These things said, I dont see anything seriously wrong here.
