After my treatments, I have these tiny pin-prick spots where the hair has been removed. Is it normal? How can I make them heal? 
What kind of treatment did you have? And where did you get your treatment? Try using an Aloe Vera with Nutri Gel this is a great healing lotion. Keep the area clean and free from any dirt. If you had electrolysis you may end up with some tiny eschars (scabs) do NOT pick them off they are natures bandaid and will fall off on their own.
The pin-prick scabs are often a sign of effective treatment. DO NOT pick at them! Keep the area clean and moisturized, and they will subside soon. In time, they will be microscopic white dots where you used to have a hair. But no more hair!
