Its a little excessive in my opinion,and likely a little shallow on insertions with an uninsulated probe. Some of the scabs aare larger than I’d like to see, but they arent excessively so. That said that sebacious cyst that is front in center is a beauty! I’d love to do an extraction on that, Josefa style!
On body this is acceptable. I had similar type of scabbing myself, don’t worry it will heal fine. The first three days post treatment apply tea tree oil and or use a diaper rash cream that has zinc oxide in it, such as, Tripple Paste, Sudocrem or Bepanthen. Occlude it with shrink wrap overnight and scabs will sloth off with ease.
