Hi all, so it’s been a while since I went to my Electrologist and there have been a couple of dark marks/spots that have been there for many weeks now. Usually my spots fade away on a week but now I’m getting worried cuz I have these spots that are now red, purplish. Idk If it is hyper pigmentation. Can someone please look at the pics and help me out? Please ignore my hairs

I’m not sure what it is and what should I do it is a cyst? Shall I leave it alone? Will these marks fade and how can I tell if hyper pigmentation is dermal or epidermal? I know I’m asking too many questions, sorry, but I’m just really confused. I’m having thermolysis done will it scar me or damage my skin because of skin colour? I have been researching all this before coming here but I haven’t found anything useful, so I thought why not ask the experts!
