Is the auto sensor mode safe for the client?

I see that many of you use the auto sensor mode with the Apilus for example.
Is there any chance that this constant electrical current running through the body can cause medical problems
in the future? Cancer for example or damage to thyroid are two things
that come to mind.
Thank you.

I’m not positive about the Dectro unit, but on the machines I “helped with,” the auto-start went “on” when the machine sensed a change in electrical resistance … so there is no actual current “running through the body all the time.” It’s a very safe feature.

Cancer? Thyroid? I don’t see any correlation whatsoever.

Constant electrical current? In auto sensor mode, the current is not constant, in fact, it’s less than a second per hair in any thermolysis mode. I would say no more chance than anything else in your environment. People get papillary thyroid cancers when they are 25 years old or when they are 65 years old. What caused it? A familial gene? Getting dental X-rays over the years? Exposure to radiation for acne treatment in the 1960’s? Slimfast? Banana’s? Roller coasters? I don’t think any scientific correlation can be made, but it is always something we strive to solve.

Love it! I’m pretty sure it’s the bananas!
