Is it possible...

To do electrolysis on your whole body (ie. arms, face, back, stomach, bum :$…) or is this just an impossible dream im reaching for =(
I wanna know if anyone is in the same boat as me, and if you are, are you considering doing it?/ are starting electrolysis already?

Thanks!

It’s possible, but one could wind up spending most of their free time on a table for a period of two to three years (if they had a lot of hair).

Ya I guess so, but I guess I would do it knowing the results would be gratifying =)

That’s pretty much the road I’m going down. I’m not doing everything at once, I’m starting with tummy and arms. Then I will move to face/breasts and bottom.

I suspect it will take a long time and cost a lot of money. I can only hope it’s worth it.

Many many years ago, a new client came to me. She had been having weekly REMOVATRON treatments for 9 and 1/2 years. At home, between treatments, she was still tweezing daily. She told me that since she gave them almost 10 years of her life, she would come to me for 10 years before quitting. I told her if she gave me 10 years of her life, she wouldn’t have any hair left on her body.

I worked on her face first, and within a few months, she was no longer tweezing at home. Once I started running out of hair on her face, she had me start on her chest and breasts. Then I treated her abdomen and buttocks. The last area she had me treat was her forearms. She got done with these areas waaaay before 10 years were up.

She works in my building now and so I see her in the hall nearly every day. She’s gone years between clean-ups and it’s been over 10 years since she was done!

As a side note: I’m sure that there is some hormonal source of her hair growth. She is infertile and has had high blood-pressure issues…

Point of my post: A project worth doing - if you so desire.

I agree with Barbara. Many electrolysists have treated people from their nose to their toes, and they can finish the job in 5 years or less, if the client gives them enough time to do it, and is not demanding every lint spec of a hair to be removed before going on to the next treatment area.

Sounds hopeful =) I’m hoping that this will be me one day! the only area I don’t want to treat is the legs, because I figure laser will work faster, and then I can clean it up with electrolysis. But pretty much every other part is what I’m looking to do.
Only thing is, I find that every great electrologist that is willing to work on you and see this success is no where in Toronto =( and I Can’t afford to travel out of the country to find someone to help.
This is such a dilemma =(
