Is it bad to do sessions close together?

Hey everyone quick question. I have 2 deals for unlimited laser for 1 year and they book the spots about 6 weeks apart which I know is very close and almost too soon as all the hair hasn’t even come back by that point. The clinic wants to do this though, so they just booked an entire year of appointments 6 weeks apart which is fine by me.

The question I have though is if I do a session and have 100% shedding, then 6 weeks later the hair isn’t full back but is still fine, and I do a session, is that bad? I mean by the time the 3rd session comes around then all the hair should be back that wasn’t there during the 2nd session. My concern though is hair seems to grow in fine and then gets coarser so if I did another session early, would it just damage but not kill those hairs as in it treats them as being fine? Or is it okay to do sessions every 6 weeks?

I guess I’m just wondering more like as you said hair comes in finer then gets more coarse as weeks go by. So if I did treatments too often, would it be like treating fine hair? As in it would cause it to shed but not actually kill it because it’s not coarse enough? My concern is lets say day 1 hair is fully grown and coarse so I do a treatment. By week 6 it’s not fully back, most is coming back but it’s still fine so I do another treatment and it causes it all to fully shed again. 6 weeks later I would imagine would be back to the same fineness as it was at my previous session. So it’s almost like the hair would never get to the point of being coarse which is why I’m just wondering if it would mean that every session is basically ineffective…

^Yep… you have now understood.

I got great results because I waited as long as possible.

I think I’ll just have to tell them that my schedule is really busy and that I’ll just call when I want to make another appointment. That way I can wait as long as I need to and then just go in
