Is it acceptable to wipe down a treatment bed instead of using the roll of white paper?

It’s acceptable but will your clients be comfortable with laying on a bare table? I didn’t feel comfortable when some electrologists did that.
Get bed sheets and change them between clients.

It depends on your local health regulations. that said, I wouldnt do it! First, it will considerably increase your wear and tear on the table itself and likely reduce consumer confidence in your treatments.I tend not to use Paper rolls, and go for the woven disposable bedsheets instead. The cost is still a lot less than laundering fabric sheets.

Wipe with 75-99% ethanol or isopropyl, then wash it every after each client.
