On the same area, the area is healed right now. I only go about once a month. will this cause more hair to grow? what if i were to wax it?
Bleaching is fine after electrolysis healing. No waxing whatsoever!!! while having electrolysis. You don’t have to worry about more hair growing with bleaching because you are getting electrolysis! Soon, very soon, the electrologist will catch up with all the bothersome hair you have and it will be gone forever. Do choose a competent, well-trained electrologist to move this forward with solid resolve.

ok cool, thank you =) i just wasn’t sure because i’ve heard that stimulating the skin where hair grows can induce growth? (as with plucking for example)
I bleach my facial hair.
My skin heals pretty fast after my treatments. I think the closest I’ve ever bleached is 3 days after electro. I have to bleach every week or it starts looking dark 
Skin bleaching is not a good idea though but I suspect you weren’t talking about that.
