I’m in a bit of a dilemma and the more i read the thread, the more i am unsure what type of permanent hair removal method will suite me best.
I’m asian (Thai), and i have light tan skin (somewhere in the middle of both… leaning towards tan) i tan quite easily, rarely get sunburnt though my natural skin color is quite light.
i want to remove the hair on my upper lips. i have very little hair but the hair color is black and quite obvious eventhough it is quite fine
could someone recommend the best treatment for my situation?

PS. i’ve been looking into hair removal places and found a salon that is melbourne based which uses Quantum IPL machine manufactured by Lumenis. would this be a good idea??
