can someone please post the steps needed to submit a claim to my insurance co. I have obtained a letter from my endocrinologist and have my receipts from going to see him. Is there anything else I need to get? How do I go about submitting my claim? I have aetna insurance, if this makes a difference. Thanks to all who reply!
