When first learning, is it recommended to use only insulated probes for galvanic and blend. I’m thinking that insulated needles will better protect the perilous zone (inc. epidermis). Is this correct?
In both glavanic and blend the currents are not high and rapid like automatic HF. In galvanic you wait for currents to rise from bottom up. an insulated probe might not allow for full coverage of the follicle. There is no need for insulated probes in galvanic or blend. If you use correct currents, you will not have risks of scaring. Insulation is highly recommended when working with HF.
Thankyou, it’s clear now.
