I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I may buy/locate an instruction/owners manual for a Silhouet-Tone Sequentium VMC. Thank you.
Are you a licensed electrologist?
You can google ‘Silhouet-Tone VMC’ and get contact information, or when I get home tonight, I can come back here and give you a contact number. I still have the VMC and the manual even though I am using the Apilus Platinum now. The VMC is a great epilator and I don’t intend to give it up. If you have any trouble getting a manual, you can private message me and I will help you out. Are you located in the US?

You may want to make arrangements to send a copy of your materials. I have been trying for 3 years to get a replacement box from them. Their customer service is lacking in a few areas.

1-800-552-0418 (St. Albans, Vermont) Ask for sales. I think it’s extension 21 and you can ask for Sara, if she is still there. The manual is 36 pages in total.

I called Sil-Tone this morning and the manual costs $10.00, but you need to give them the serial number on the VMC before they will mail it to you.
I ordered a box for you James, but by law, they are not allow to include styrofoam any more, but they will stuff the box with lots of paper instead and send it.

So once again, an electrologist needs to be female to get anything in this profession… I guess I should follow my clients recommendation and visit their doctors and join them on the “other side”. It would seem to be a good carreer move for me. Jamie Walker might even get better treatment from the electrolysis power elite.

Good joke, but I know you aren't serious about joining our team.
There are some pretty serious negative consequences involved in such a
“career move”. It really is still a mans world in a lot of ways.
But if you were serious, I think we should start by smoothing out the rough
edges first with some chisels and a dremel tool. Then that wardrobe would
seriously need a major makeover. Then we would have to order you Andrea’s
voice lessons, etc., etc…

James, perhaps they have had a turnover of staff in three years. They were very helpful. Next time I call, I will go into disguise with my “man voice” and see if I’m treated any differently.
