Dilemma:
a salon is bringing in the ELLIPSE laser and it will be the first time the technicians will be performing it, but im anxious because they may be inexperienced and i dont want to be burnt etc , i know that they have gone to a training school or whatever but should i go somewhere else where hey have had more practice or shall i go to this one?
what do you guys think?

I would ask them exactly what their training entailed.
How many hours of instruction did they have? How many hours of hands on experience do they have? Ask them to explain the way the laser works (even if you already know). Find out if they know about hair growth cycles and general skin and hair anatomy.
If they aren’t willing to answer your question, I would keep looking.
