I developed 3 induration spots (induration is a sign of infection. Skin that is indurated is red, inflamed, thickened, and tender. The swelling and thickening of the skin are a result of the infectious process and the skin’s response to fighting off the infection.) I have had them since the beginning of march 2012 after my first treatment. Though they have reduced in size i can still feel them and they have remained this sign for some time. I was wondering whether it is possible to have treatment where there are induraions?
If you have a skin infection that does not clear up (unlike an acne blemish) then you should see a physician.
