I just ordered a spl600 after bad experience with

Ok I just order my spl600 the other day and it shipped today. :grin: I am very excited to get it. If anyone has any tips or suggestion about the spl600 please let me know.

I am coming off of a bad experience with a Viss IPL witch was sent to me defective. The it worked for first treatment. After shaving down for my 2nd treatment I got an amber error light and the unit wouldn’t work at all. I emailed the support at viss and 2 days later I got an email from them basically telling me to blow in the vents where the fan was. after about an hour I got it to work. same thing happened for the 3rd treatment.

OK this is where dealing with viss gets really good. They told me if I would like to send it back for a replacement I could I just had to pay to ship it back to Korea at my expense and then they would reinsurance me once they received it provided that it was defective.
