They used the lightsheer Diode Laser, I must say it hurt like hell since I did not use any numbing cream. The neck area is very painful and sensitive. I believe they used 25 - 27 level.
It has been 3 days and it looks like I have a millon little scabbie red pimples. I hope this does not last for months !!!
I am hoping for good results, I am skeptical because of the difficulty of the area that I got treated.
I will post pics if you like, and update you all as I go along. The next treatment I have scheduled is in December(8 weeks away)I have paid for 5, so we will hope for the best.
That looks alot better than when I lasered my chest with the lightsheer, but that area is very sensitive as well. I kept moisturizing my chest, and was very careful in the shower and what not. Since this was your first session it should be less apparent with further treatments.
looks like the hairs were singed and raised follicles are a good sign that it was affected. the hairs should fall out in 3 weeks. let us know how that goes.
do use ice and pure aloe vera gel to help with the healing. also avoid sweating for 2-3 days after treatment if possible.
If you look at the pictures, she missed some spots and I would like them to get the spots that they missed. I went back the next day and said could do the spots that you missed. They said they shouldn’t because there is a risk of burning if they do that, she said she will get the missed spots on the next treatment in December. I feel then that I will only get 4 tretments on the areas that they missed because I paid for 5 treatments only !!! is this fair ? or should I go back in a couple weeks and get them to re-touch the areas that they missed for free ?
there is no reason for there to be any more chance of burning for touchups than for your regular treatments. if they are willing to do it, a touchup is good 3-4 weeks after your treatment. if it’s less than 10-15% missed, then it’s fine to wait until the next treatment. if they don’t mind doing it now for free, then I don’t see why not. Just sounds like they would do it but would prefer not to spend extra time on you for free.
